The 6th Northern European Conference on Travel Medicine will take place at the Queen Elizabeth II Conference Centre, London on 1-4 June 2016. This will provide those practicing travel medicine in the UK an excellent opportunity to experience the atmosphere, and benefit from knowledge shared, at a large international event.
The conference is being organised jointly by the British Global and Travel Health Association (BGTHA), the National Travel Health Network & Centre (NaTHNaC) and the Royal College of Nursing (RCN), with the support of nine other organisations across Europe, including Health Protection Scotland (TRAVAX).

The programme will cover all core areas of Travel Medicine, considering pre-travel, intra-travel and post-travel issues. There will be a strong focus on Global Health looking at disease burdens and health solutions in communities around the world. Specific conference streams will include tropical medicine, and adventure travel. NECTM6 will also extend into the field of international medical transportation.
