Health Protection Scotland (HPS) would like to request that all designated Scottish Yellow Fever Vaccination Centres (YFVC) now submit their annual, yellow fever vaccine utilisation figures for 2016.
YFVCs should complete the vaccine returns form online for the period 1 Jan to 31 Dec 2016 or return the form to HPS by post (see form for details).
