Collection of personal information through website
NHS National Services Scotland collects information that you
have volunteered direct to us either by emailing us or by
submission using the online registration. Alternatively
members of a group account will have volunteered their information
to their group account administrator who has provided us with this
information on their behalf.
For forum posts we also collect the email address and forum
name.
Use of personal information collected via this website
Any information, which you provide via this website, is not made
available to any third parties. Any information provided would be
used by NHS National Services Scotland for the purpose of
processing your information requests. Where relevant the
information can also be accessed by your group account
administrator to enable them to maintain their group account.
For the forum we store the information collected to maintain the
archive of the forum. If you wish to opt out of your
information being held in the forum archive please contact TRAVAX Administrator.
